Our Pilots

Pilots in the EquityAir program are among the most experienced and best trained in the industry. Our philosophy is simple: the best safety device in any aircraft is a well-trained pilot. The safety of our customers is of paramount importance to us. Each pilot is specifically rated for the type of aircraft we have in our fleet -- such as the Cessna 421C. They are all instrument rated and qualified to fly in FAA permitted weather year-round. You always have the option of requesting two pilots for any trip you may take.

We are committed to offer only the most dependable aircraft in the industry -- such as the Beechcraft B100 turboprop. Other choices are available and EquityAir will remain flexible to the expanding wishes of our customers.


Aircraft Certification

Each pilot and plane in our fleet is under the Federal Aviation Regulation part 135 certificate. Part 135 contains some of the most stringent flight requirements of all FAA regulations. Essentially, this means we are operating under the same rigid guidelines as the big airlines. This reflects our philosophy that your safety and protection is our utmost concern.


The Cessna 421C Golden Eagle

The Cessna 421C Golden Eagle is a pressurized "cabin class" aircraft that offers comfort, speed, safety, reliability and predictable handling in an aircraft that can climb to a ceiling of 30,000 ft and a cruise speed of up to 230 knots. At time of its release, no other aircraft could fly further, faster, higher and carry as much load in any comparable piston twin class. The performance of the aircraft equals many turboprops, yet costing hundreds of thousands less to own and operate. Highly competitive and built for the business aviation market, the 421 Golden Eagle offers businesses an economical and reliable way to get their personnel to critical meetings on time and to expand their opportunities.


The Beechcraft B100 Turboprop

This rugged aircraft is built with the high-use business traveler in mind. With a cruise speed of 300 mph and range of 1100-1200 miles, the B100 is a truly capable aircraft that comfortably seats up to eight passengers.
